Urban New Zealand: Free for orders over $99 or $8.00 (Standard NZ Post)
Rural New Zealand: Free for orders over $99 or $15.00
International: Customers outside of New Zealand need to email Be Wise Skincare directly to discuss shipping details further, thank you.

Delivery & tracking
We offer next-day dispatch on all orders placed Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched with your tracking details so you can easily track your order. Please ensure you check your email inbox, plus spam/junk folders to retrieve your tracking email.
After dispatch, New Zealand orders are sent on an overnight service, please allow 2-4 business days.
If the item you have ordered is out-of-stock there may be some delay, but you will be notified in this instance.

Gift wrapping & gift receipts
Each order comes with complimentary gift and protection wrap using natural brown tissue paper. You can include a personalised note with your order by adding a brief message in the box provided on the cart page before checkout. The receipt provided with each order does not show the price.
Can my order be sent to a different address?
Each order can only be delivered to one address. The easiest way to send multiple products to different address’s is by placing separate orders for each.
Can I cancel or amend my order once I have placed it?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed you cannot cancel or amend it, because it will be processed and prepared promptly for you to ensure fastest delivery possible.
What happens if my parcel doesn't arrive?
If you experience your parcel going missing, please contact me as soon as possible and I will attempt to track down the parcel. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen parcels where the parcel has been registered as delivered, which includes notification of re-delivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to Be Wise Skincare, payment for a second delivery attempt may be charged. I am unable to send to PO Boxes.
Can I return my order?
If a product you have ordered is damaged, please let me know immediately and within 14 days of purchase at the latest. I will gladly offer full refund or replacement. Please quote your name and order number when emailing bewiseskincare@outlook.com providing details of the damage, including any photo’s if applicable. Once the item has been returned, a refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your credit card or original payment method, or the replacement is sent free of charge.

Be Wise Skincare cannot accept returns because of any skin conditions or reactions. I am always happy to help if you have any questions before and after purchase and would like to try a sample first. I recommend reading full ingredient list, suitability and how to use information first.
